DJI Focus Pro Hand Unit

The DJI Focus Pro Hand Unit is a wireless controller for camera lens operation within the DJI Focus Pro system. It works with the DJI Focus Pro Motor and is also compatible with the DJI Ronin 4D and DJI Inspire 3. When paired with the motor, its FIZ controls cover focus, iris and zoom adjustments from a single hand unit. The integrated RF module supports communication at distances of up to 160 m, allowing operation away from the camera position. Control with the Ronin 4D or Inspire 3 requires a High-Bright Remote Monitor.

The hand unit weighs 555 g, which is worth considering for handheld production kits. It is intended for professional cinematographers, camera operators and focus pullers. A 1.09-inch full-colour touchscreen presents control and monitoring information through a touch interface. Stepless damping adjustment lets you tailor the control response for comfortable, consistent input during operation. Power comes from an NP-F550 battery, so this battery format needs to be taken into account when assembling the camera control setup.
