The Cosori Turbo Blaze 6 L Airfryer features a 1725 W DC motor that drives an integrated five-speed fan system for airflow control. This configuration enables a temperature range from 30°C to 230°C, supporting functions such as air frying, dehydrating, roasting, and baking. The system uses TurboBlaze technology to facilitate consistent heat distribution across the cooking compartment during operation.

A 6-liter internal capacity allows for the preparation of up to 2.4 kg of food, which serves four to five people. The unit includes nine preset cooking programs, including settings for steaming and grilling, accessed via a digital touch panel. Its interior is constructed from nonstick-coated aluminium and includes a removable bowl and grill plate for direct handling and maintenance.

Safety is managed through an automatic shut-off function, overheat protection, and a digital timer with a maximum duration of 1440 minutes.
