The Mustang Jewel 6 Built-in Gas Grill is designed for installation in masonry outdoor kitchens. This gas barbecue has no base and sits flush within a custom cooking station. The unit features six heating zones and delivers a total output of 24,500 W, split between the main burners and a rear infrared burner. This configuration is suitable for both direct grilling and indirect rotisserie roasting. The 4,416 cm² cooking surface provides ample space for preparing multiple dishes, and the unit is designed to be anchored directly into an outdoor frame.

The housing and internal components are constructed from grade 430 and 304 stainless steel. Stainless steel flame tamers sit above the burners to stabilise heat distribution and protect the components from grease. A built-in piezo ignition system provides reliable, match-free lighting. A hood-mounted thermometer allows for temperature monitoring, while adjustable dials provide precise heat control. An integrated tray collects grease drippings. A warming rack keeps cooked food at serving temperature while the main grid remains in use.
