The Wahoo TRACKR Heart Rate Monitor Chest Strap is a wearable sensor that transmits real-time heart-rate data during running, cycling, and gym training. It measures beats per minute and sends this information to compatible training apps. The unit runs on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery for extended workout sessions. Its main role is to provide objective heart-rate data for fitness tracking, using a chest strap rather than an optical wrist sensor. Data transmission is consistent across different device types, and the monitor functions as a direct measurement tool for athletic performance analysis.
