The Synology DiskStation DS223j is a 2-bay desktop NAS designed for home and small office use. It provides a centralized location for file management and data backup over a local network or the internet. The unit features two drive bays that accommodate both 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch SATA hard drives or solid-state drives. It is powered by a 1.7 GHz Realtek RTD1619B quad-core processor and 1 GB of DDR4 memory. Users can configure storage as RAID 0, RAID 1, or JBOD to balance capacity and redundancy.
