The CORSAIR 6500X is a mid-tower PC case featuring a dual-chamber layout. This design separates the primary components, such as the motherboard and graphics card, from the power supply and storage drives, which are housed in a rear compartment. The chassis is constructed from steel, plastic, and aluminum, with a tempered glass panel on the left side for viewing internal hardware. This configuration is engineered to facilitate organized cable management and provide direct airflow paths to heat-generating components.

Extensive cooling options are available, with fan mounts on the top, bottom, side, and rear panels. The case can accommodate up to three 360mm radiators simultaneously, making it suitable for complex liquid cooling setups. It supports a range of motherboard sizes, including E-ATX, and provides ample clearance for large components. The front I/O panel is equipped with four USB 3.2 Type-A ports and one USB 3.2 Type-C port for peripheral connectivity. No fans are pre-installed, allowing for full customization of the cooling system.
