The CORSAIR 2500X is a Micro-ATX mid-tower case featuring a dual-chamber internal layout. This design separates the main components, such as the motherboard and GPU, from the power supply and storage drives in a secondary chamber. The primary purpose of this configuration is to streamline cable management and create an unobstructed airflow path for the core hardware. The chassis is constructed with a combination of steel and tempered glass, with a white finish and bamboo wood accents on the included mesh panels, which are designed to facilitate high air intake.

This case offers extensive cooling flexibility for custom builds, with no fans pre-installed. It provides mounting locations for multiple fans and radiators on the top, bottom, side, and rear panels. The 2500X accommodates Mini-ITX and Micro-ATX motherboards, including reverse-connector models that position ports at the back for a cleaner aesthetic. Internally, the case has clearance for CPU coolers up to 180 mm in height and ATX power supplies up to 225 mm in length. The front I/O panel includes two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, and a combination audio jack.
