The ASUS A23 PLUS is a micro-ATX chassis engineered for systems based on Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards. Its design incorporates a tempered glass side panel for component visibility and ARGB illumination on the front panel. The internal layout is structured to accommodate a variety of hardware configurations within its compact dimensions, providing a platform for organized system assembly.

The thermal design supports extensive cooling hardware. It accommodates liquid cooling radiators up to 360 mm at the front and top, as well as air coolers up to 165 mm tall. To facilitate immediate airflow, the case comes with four pre-installed 120 mm fans, with three positioned at the front for intake and one at the rear for exhaust. The chassis also supports standard ATX power supplies up to 210 mm in length and includes provisions for cable management.

For external connectivity, the front I/O panel includes a USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, and a combination audio jack. The case offers five expansion slots for installing graphics cards and other peripherals. Internal drive mounting options support a combination of three 2.5-inch and two 3.5-inch storage drives, allowing for flexible storage configurations.
