The CHIEFTEC ICEBERG 360 DARK is an all-in-one liquid cooling solution engineered for the thermal management of high-performance processors. Its cooling apparatus consists of a 360mm aluminum radiator and three 120mm fans. These fans are PWM-controlled, allowing for automatic speed adjustments based on CPU temperature to balance cooling capacity and noise levels. The pump housing is fitted with a copper cold plate to ensure effective thermal conductivity from the processor's integrated heat spreader to the circulating liquid.

This cooler incorporates features intended to simplify system assembly and provide aesthetic customization. The three fans connect via a Snap-On interlocking system, which streamlines the installation process and helps reduce cable clutter. The CPU block is topped with an ARGB infinity mirror effect and a 360-degree rotatable logo, which allows for correct orientation regardless of the mounting direction. Illumination is managed through a standard 3-pin 5V ARGB header, ensuring compatibility with major motherboard lighting control software.
