HAMA HA-00014164 Car Bluetooth FM Transmitter

The HAMA HA-00014164 Bluetooth FM Transmitter, Grey sends audio from a Bluetooth-enabled smartphone or tablet to a car radio. It broadcasts across 87.6–107.9 MHz, so the radio must be tuned to an available frequency within that range. Bluetooth provides the wireless connection to the mobile device, while FM carries the signal to the radio. The transmitter draws power from a vehicle's 12 V cigarette-lighter socket. It is intended for cars with FM radio reception where the radio does not have built-in Bluetooth.

Stored music can also be played directly from removable media, without streaming from a phone. An integrated hands-free function uses one button to answer calls, end calls, or redial. There is no built-in display, so frequency adjustment is manual rather than screen-guided. The unit remembers the last selected frequency for subsequent use. Its listed mobile-device compatibility covers Bluetooth-enabled smartphones and tablets.
