The MSI MPG VELOX 100R is a mid-tower case constructed with a steel frame and a hinged tempered glass side panel for component access and visibility. It is engineered for thermal performance, arriving with four pre-installed 120 mm fans that provide immediate airflow through the chassis. Three of these fans, located at the front, feature ARGB lighting that can be managed via an integrated controller and switch button. The case includes dust filters at key intake points to help maintain internal cleanliness.

This case offers flexible component support, with accommodations for standard ATX motherboards and large hardware. The interior provides clearance for CPU coolers up to 175 mm tall, along with a bottom-mounted PSU shroud for units up to 220 mm long. Extensive support for both air and liquid cooling allows for the installation of radiators as large as 360 mm in the front or top positions. The front I/O panel offers high-speed connectivity, including a USB Type-C port and multiple USB Type-A ports.
