The unit uses four 6 mm diameter copper heat pipes designed to transfer thermal energy rapidly from the processor base to the extended aluminum fin stack. Heat dissipation is achieved by a 120 mm diameter fan integrated into the system, employing an S-FDB bearing for operational stability.

The fan supports Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control, allowing rotational speed management up to 2000 RPM, dynamically adjusting based on the thermal requirements of the CPU. At its maximum speed, the fan moves 70.84 CFM of air and generates a static pressure of 2.63 mmH₂O, while the noise output remains at 29.8 dB. Standing 151 mm high, 120 mm deep, and 46 mm wide, the cooler is compatible with contemporary Intel LGA 1700 and AMD AM5 sockets, ensuring broad platform support for new builds.
