MikroTik NetMetal ax - Outdoor Wireless Access Point, Black

The MikroTik NetMetal ax is a dual-band outdoor wireless access point designed for high-throughput networking in industrial environments. It uses the Wi-Fi 6 standard to provide coverage across 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies. The unit supports data transfer rates of up to 574 Mbit/s on the 2.4 GHz band and 2400 Mbit/s on the 5 GHz band, resulting in a maximum combined Wi-Fi speed of 2974 Mbit/s. Two external antenna connectors allow for the connection of specialized hardware to meet specific range requirements.

Wired connectivity is provided by a single Gigabit Ethernet port. An integrated SIM card slot and an internal miniPCIe slot allow for mobile data expansion. Security is managed through WPA3 encryption and a built-in firewall. The unit can be powered via a DC jack or Passive Power over Ethernet. The metal enclosure is weatherproof and designed for wall mounting in exposed locations. Firmware is upgradeable to ensure continued compatibility with current networking standards.
