MikroTik RouterBoard - Router, Black

The MikroTik RB4011iGS+RM-UK is a 10-port Gigabit router featuring 10G SFP+ and passive PoE. Designed for business networks, it acts as a gateway for local and wide-area connections. Connectivity is exclusively wired, featuring an Ethernet WAN port for incoming internet. The router provides 10 RJ45 ports supporting Gigabit Ethernet speeds of up to 1000 Mbit/s, while a 10Gbps SFP+ interface allows for high-speed fibre-optic uplinks to core network infrastructure. Hardware-accelerated IPsec processing enables the device to handle encrypted VPN traffic without affecting general performance. The router is powered via a DC input jack—supporting voltages from 12 to 57 V—or passive Power over Ethernet (PoE).

The device features a 1U rackmount design for standard server cabinets. Its metal chassis is finished in black and carries an IP20 rating, making it suitable for indoor, climate-controlled environments. For management and security, the system includes an integrated firewall to monitor incoming and outgoing traffic. A built-in DHCP server automates local IP address assignment, and administrators can use Quality of Service (QoS) to prioritise critical data streams for delay-sensitive applications. It runs on RouterOS v7, which handles all routing protocols and traffic management tasks.
