The Ubiquiti UniFi U7-Lite is a dual-band wireless access point supporting the Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) standard. It operates on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, offering a combined data rate of up to 4,300 Mbit/s. The 5 GHz band reaches up to 4,300 Mbit/s, while the 2.4 GHz band provides up to 688 Mbit/s. Integrated MU-MIMO and beamforming manage signal distribution for efficient connectivity in high-density environments. The unit supports approximately 200 concurrent devices and covers an area of up to 115 m². It is backward compatible with 802.11ax, 802.11ac, and 802.11n hardware.

A single 2.5 GbE RJ45 port provides wired connectivity. The device is powered exclusively via Power over Ethernet (PoE) and has a typical power consumption of 13 W. The UV-stabilized polycarbonate housing is suitable for wall or ceiling mounting. A web-based interface manages configurations, including 802.1Q tagged VLANs and guest access. Security is handled via Private Pre-Shared Keys (PPSK). A physical reset button and status light allow for manual troubleshooting and monitoring.
