The Mustang Black Jewel 6 is a built-in gas grill designed for integration into custom outdoor kitchens. This multi-zone barbecue delivers 24,500 W of total power across a 4,370 cm² cooking area. Six individual heating zones allow for different types of food to be cooked simultaneously using a variety of direct and indirect heat settings. The unit is designed for permanent installation into a fixed structure and is not intended to be portable.

The grill is constructed with a black 201 stainless steel housing and features SS304 stainless steel cooking grates. It uses a standard piezo electronic ignition. Flame intensity is adjusted via dedicated control knobs that allow for precise, stepless heat regulation. The double-lidded stainless steel canopy retains heat and includes an integrated thermometer for monitoring internal temperatures during roasting. Cleaning is straightforward, as the grill racks and grease drip tray are removable.
