Bosch GEX 34-150 Professional Random Orbit Sander

The Bosch GEX 34-150 Professional Random Orbit Sander is a corded machine for flat sanding, intermediate sanding, coating removal and final surface preparation. It is suitable for wood, veneer, painted surfaces, filler, mineral boards and acrylic boards. The AC-powered random orbit sander uses a 340 W motor for sustained work across larger surfaces. Its no-load speed ranges from 4,500 to 12,000 RPM. Adjustable speed and preselection allow the sanding action to be matched to the material and required finish. This range supports both controlled finishing and faster material removal.

Dust management combines an extraction port with a supplied dust bag and a Bosch microfilter. The 150 mm round sanding plate covers broad flat areas, while hook-and-loop fastening simplifies abrasive changes. Its handheld body weighs 2.1 kg, which matters when planning longer sanding sessions. An aluminium bearing flange supports the internal bearing assembly during demanding workshop use. The lock-on function avoids holding the switch continuously during extended passes. It operates from a 230 V supply and includes one sanding sheet.
