Bosch GTR 55-225 Professional Wall and Ceiling Sander 550 W is an AC mains drywall sander for large interior surfaces. It prepares walls and ceilings before filling, plastering, or painting. The rated input drives a round sanding system intended for broad areas rather than detail work. Its motor operates at a no-load speed of 340 to 910 RPM. Adjustable speed control lets the sanding rate be matched to different surface-preparation requirements. Mains operation avoids the runtime limits associated with battery-powered tools.

An integrated dust-extraction port allows connection to a compatible vacuum cleaner during sanding. Suction support is designed to help control dust across wall and ceiling work. The ergonomic construction and auxiliary handle provide additional control during overhead use. A telescopic handle supports extended-reach working without switching to a separate tool. The supplied carrying case keeps the drywall sander and accessories together between jobs. Two sanding sheets are included for initial setup and use.
