Bosch GAL 18V-160 Professional Battery Charger

The Bosch GAL 18V-160 Professional Battery Charger is a high-speed unit designed for 18 V, 8 Ah lithium-ion power tool batteries. It supplies a 16 A charging current to reduce downtime for professional tradespeople. Compatibility extends to Bosch Professional 18 V lithium-ion batteries and AMPShare packs. Three selectable modes — Standard, PowerBoost, and Long Life — allow users to manage the balance between charge speed and cell longevity. The charger holds one battery at a time. No battery is included with this device.

The charger weighs 950 g and is built for workshop environments. Active Air Cooling with integrated fans regulates battery temperature during high-current cycles. Five LED charge-status indicators display the current battery level and active charging progress. A dedicated recharge indicator signals when a pack reaches full capacity. The device has a compact design for stationary placement. Packaging includes the charger and a user manual; no carrying case is provided.
