The Montech HS01 is a mid-tower chassis constructed with an emphasis on thermal performance and build customization. Its main structural feature is a reversible design, allowing the entire internal layout to be inverted for a left or right-side component showcase. This chassis utilizes a vertical, chimney-style airflow path to promote natural convection and efficient heat exhaust. It also provides native support for modern back-connect motherboards, which helps to minimize visible cable clutter within the main chamber.

The case provides comprehensive cooling options, with mounts for up to three 120mm fans at the top and bottom, and up to three 120mm or two 140mm fans at the front. Two 120mm fans are pre-installed in the rear to establish exhaust airflow. For liquid cooling systems, it accommodates radiators up to 360mm in the top position and 240mm at the bottom. Component clearances are sufficient for large hardware, with space for a CPU cooler up to 175 mm in height and a PSU length of up to 200 mm.
