The Bosch Smart Home Dimmer is a wired module for residential lighting control. It enables remote dimming and switching without requiring batteries. Using the ZigBee 3.0 protocol, the dimmer connects to compatible Bosch controllers for wireless command processing. Users manage lighting via the smartphone app, manual switches, or voice control, with support for Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple HomeKit.

The white module is designed for flush mounting behind existing wall switches or within standard junction boxes. Measuring 40.5 × 22 × 47 mm, it fits into tight wall cavities. The device supports dimmable LEDs, halogen lamps, and incandescent bulbs. With an IP20 rating, it is not water-resistant and is suitable only for dry indoor environments. The device also functions as a network repeater to extend the range of other compatible smart home accessories.
