The Makita LXT Brushless 600 mm Hedge Trimmer is a cordless tool for maintaining medium and large hedges in domestic, professional and demanding DIY settings. Its 600 mm cutting length is paired with 21.5 mm blade-tooth spacing and a rated maximum branch thickness of 21.5 mm. The long blade covers a broad section of hedge with each pass. A brushless motor provides the drive needed for regular growth and branches within the stated cutting limit.

The listed tool weight is 4.5 kg, which is worth considering for prolonged or overhead trimming. Its rear handle rotates up to 90 degrees left or right, allowing a more natural grip when working along hedge sides and tops.
