The BRAUN 20169 20x50 binoculars are built for long-distance outdoor observation of wildlife, landscapes and sporting events. With 20x magnification paired to 50 mm objective lenses, distant subjects appear substantially closer. A BK-7 Porro prism system forms the optical core, delivering a traditional three-dimensional image. The field of view measures 58 m at 1,000 m, giving a focused perspective suited to distant viewing. At 750 g, the binoculars are practical for handheld use during extended hiking and nature sessions.
Full multi-layer lens coating supports light transmission and contrast across the optical path. Retractable rubber pop-up eyecups with 12.3 mm eye relief accommodate eyeglass wearers comfortably. An interpupillary distance range of 56–74 mm adjusts to different face widths. Central focusing drives both eyepieces simultaneously for straightforward operation. A tripod mount is supported for steadier viewing at high magnification.
