STAEDTLER Noris Junior 224, Wax crayon, 12 pcs, Assorted colours

The STAEDTLER Noris Junior 224 Wax Crayons, Assorted Colours, 12 Pack is a children's wax crayon set for drawing, colouring, and introductory creative work. The marking material is wax, which gives broad coverage rather than the narrow line control of a sharpened pencil. The broad crayon format is intended for filling large areas with colour. Sgraffito is one of the specified creative techniques for the set, and hot wax painting is also a stated use, extending its application beyond straightforward colouring.

Each crayon has a chunky hexagonal body designed to be easy for small hands to hold. Its flat faces help stop the crayon from rolling when placed on a table. A paper wrapper covers the wax and helps keep fingers cleaner during colouring and craft sessions. The crayons are made to provide increased resistance to breaking during use. Easy handling is a stated characteristic, supported by the substantial body and simple wrapped form.

• 12 bright, assorted colours provide a varied palette in one set.
• Wallet packaging keeps the crayons together between uses.
• Non-toxic materials are used in the crayon construction.
• Dermatologically tested for suitability when used as intended.
• Easy-to-sharpen design allows worn points to be reshaped.
• Suitable for paper and other surfaces intended for wax crayon use.
