The MSI MAG PANO 110R PZ is a mid-tower chassis designed for component visibility, featuring a 270-degree panoramic display constructed from tempered glass panels. This design provides an unobstructed view of the internal hardware from the front and side. It accommodates standard ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, offering a flexible foundation for various system configurations. The chassis includes an integrated ARGB lighting system with four pre-installed fans and a dedicated controller for synchronized illumination effects.

The thermal design is built around substantial airflow and liquid cooling options. It ships with three 120 mm reverse-blade ARGB fans mounted on the side for direct intake and a single 120 mm ARGB fan at the rear for exhaust. Additional fan mounts are available at the top and bottom of the case to further enhance airflow. For liquid cooling, the chassis supports radiators up to 360 mm on the top panel and 120 mm at the rear and bottom, accommodating a range of AIO setups. The front I/O panel provides access to two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port.
