The Smeg 50's Style Manual Espresso Coffee Machine (ECF02PKEU) prepares espresso using either ground coffee or ESE pods. Its Thermoblock heating system is ready for use in about 40 seconds. A 15-bar pump provides sufficient pressure to extract espresso into one or two cups at once. The machine prepares espresso, lungo, caffe crema, and espresso macchiato, and includes a hot water function for tea. The 1.1-litre water tank is easy to access and features a visible water level indicator.

Operate the machine using the buttons and lever on the front panel. You can customise your drink by adjusting the temperature settings and water volume across four programmes. An integrated steam wand allows you to froth milk manually for cappuccinos, lattes, and latte macchiatos. Maintenance is supported by a water hardness selector, a dedicated descaling function, and an anti-scale system that monitors mineral buildup. The stainless steel and plastic housing includes a removable drip tray and a cup warmer on the top. For energy efficiency, the machine features an automatic power-off function and a selectable energy-saving mode.
