The Teltonika RUT976 Industrial RedCap 5G Router is a cellular gateway for industrial environments. It operates on the 5G Sub-6 GHz (RedCap) standard for IoT and machine-to-machine applications, with 4G LTE Cat 4 fallback for areas without 5G coverage. Local wireless access is provided by a single-band 2.4 GHz radio using the Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) standard, supporting a maximum transfer rate of 0.223 Gbit/s for legacy equipment and basic networking needs.

The router features four Fast Ethernet (10/100 Mbit/s) LAN ports for wired connections to local controllers or switches. Five external antennas improve signal reception across cellular and local wireless frequencies. It includes dual Mini-SIM (2FF) slots for automatic failover between mobile carriers if a primary connection drops. The device is powered via a direct current (DC) input and supports wall or DIN-rail mounting. A single USB 2.0 port allows for the connection of serial interfaces or storage expansion.
