The SEVERIN Serico PG 8575 is a 2000 W, high-temperature countertop oven designed for indoor baking. It reaches temperatures of up to 400 °C to produce stone-baked results. The cooking chamber accommodates pizzas up to 30 cm in diameter on a 350 x 340 mm surface. The oven combines convection heat with an air-fryer setting and includes 15 automatic programs for common cooking tasks.

The unit features a black, heat-resistant steel housing. A digital touchscreen and display are used to manage and monitor settings. The internal light allows for checking baking progress without opening the door. The thermostat is adjustable from 40 to 400 °C, and a 12-hour timer is included for longer cooking sessions.
