Ubiquiti UniFi Access Reader Flex - Access Control Reader, White

The Ubiquiti UniFi Access Reader Flex (UA-G3-FLEX-W) is an access control reader and keypad for verifying credentials at entry points. It connects via a wired network rather than Wi-Fi to ensure reliable data transmission. As an NFC card reader, it requires users to present valid physical or digital credentials for entry. Power over Ethernet (PoE) allows the device to operate without a separate power adapter, drawing power through the network cable. System administrators can integrate the reader directly into their managed network.

The unit features a compact design made from polycarbonate, glass, and aluminium alloy. It can be mounted on flat surfaces using the provided hardware or installed in recessed gang and junction boxes. To keep the design simple, it does not include a display, microphone, or camera. Security staff can manage the device remotely via web-based or cloud platforms, allowing them to monitor entry logs and update access permissions from off-site locations.
