The Ubiquiti Networks UMR-Ultra is a mobile router (LTE Cat 4, Wi‑Fi 4, dual nano-SIM) designed for locations lacking fixed broadband infrastructure. It converts a 4G LTE signal into a local network for client devices. The integrated modem supports LTE Category 4, providing a maximum transfer rate of 150 Mbit/s. Wi-Fi operates on the 2.4 GHz band using the 802.11b/g/n standards. The device runs on a 5–30 V DC input and consumes up to 5.7 W. It requires a direct USB Type-C or 4-pin ATX power source, as it does not support Power over Ethernet (PoE).

The router features an aluminium and polycarbonate enclosure designed for commercial use. It can be mounted directly to a wall or a DIN rail using the included kit. Configuration is managed via a web-based interface, which includes a firewall. Administrators can restrict network access through IP filtering and establish encrypted connections using OpenVPN, WireGuard, or IPsec. A status LED indicates the device's operational state, while three external antennas ensure cellular and Wi-Fi signal reception.
