The Princess 01.183028.01.001 Double Deep Fat Fryer is a large-capacity appliance designed to cook multiple batches or types of food at once. It features two independent frying compartments with a total oil capacity of 6 litres. With a combined power output of 3600 W, the unit heats up quickly. You can adjust the thermostat for each side independently up to 190 °C, allowing you to fry different items, such as chips and fish, simultaneously. With a total food capacity of 1.8 kg, the fryer can serve up to eight people.

The stainless steel housing is durable and heat-resistant. The internal bowls are removable and have a non-stick coating for easy cleaning. Several parts are dishwasher-safe, and the heating elements can be detached to provide better access to the interior. An integrated cool zone at the base of each compartment prevents food particles from burning and helps maintain oil quality. Operation is managed via manual rotary dials on top of the unit.
