The Thermalright Royal Pretor 130 is a dual-tower CPU cooling system designed for efficient thermal management under sustained high processing loads. Heat is transferred from the CPU integrated heat spreader through a nickel-plated copper base, ensuring reliable contact and optimized thermal uptake. This heat is then efficiently distributed across the large aluminum fin stacks via six 6 mm diameter heatpipes. The design incorporates a black aesthetic suitable for various system builds where visual uniformity is preferred.

Airflow is managed by a specific configuration of two distinct fans, featuring 120 mm and 130 mm units operating in a staggered push-pull arrangement. Both included fans utilize S-FDB V2 bearings, a technology contributing to stable operation and component longevity across the rotational speed range. Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) support allows the user to dynamically adjust fan speed up to 2150 RPM, enabling precise balancing of noise output and cooling demands. The cooler provides broad platform compatibility, supporting current generation Intel LGA1700 and AMD AM5 platforms, in addition to several legacy socket standards.
