The TP-Link RE225BE BE3600 Wi-Fi 7 Range Extender extends existing wireless signals to eliminate dead zones. Supporting the Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) standard, it offers theoretical speeds of up to 3,600 Mbps across two bands: 2,882 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 688 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band. Multi-Link Operation (MLO) enables the device to use both bands simultaneously to improve throughput and reduce latency, while 4096-QAM increases data density. When added to an EasyMesh network, it creates a single, unified coverage area under one network name.

The extender features a Gigabit Ethernet port for wired connections to devices such as game consoles or smart TVs. Two external antennas work with beamforming technology to direct the signal toward connected clients. The white housing includes LED indicators for band status, power, and signal strength to assist with placement. Setup is straightforward: use the physical WPS button to sync with a compatible router or configure the device via the web interface. It supports WPA3 encryption and remains firmware-upgradeable to ensure ongoing security.
