The Dreame Matrix 10 Ultra is an automated cleaning system that integrates vacuuming with a two-stage mopping function. It utilizes LiDAR navigation combined with AI-based obstacle recognition to generate precise household maps and navigate around furniture and objects. The device adapts to different floor types by automatically lifting its mop pads when it detects carpet, allowing it to transition between surfaces without manual intervention. Its HyperStream dual brush system is designed to collect debris while minimizing hair tangles on various floor types.

This model includes an all-in-one base station that handles most maintenance tasks. After cleaning, the station empties the robot's dustbin, washes the mop pads with hot water, and dries them with hot air. It also refills the robot's internal water tank and can dispense cleaning solution automatically. Users can manage cleaning operations, set schedules, define no-go zones, and select specific rooms for cleaning through a dedicated mobile application, which also supports voice assistant integration for hands-free commands.
