Heat transfer is facilitated by five black-coated copper heat pipes utilizing direct contact technology to minimize thermal resistance between the CPU integrated heat spreader and the heatsink. The core structure utilizes pure aluminum fins and a specialized heatpipe arrangement to maximize surface area for dissipation. This unit maintains broad platform compatibility, including mounting kits for Intel LGA18551/1700 and AMD AM5/AM4 sockets.

Cooling performance relies on a single 120 mm fan operating within a rotational speed range of 600 RPM to 2000 RPM, regulated via PWM control. At maximum speed, the fan generates 69.12 CFM of airflow and registers a peak noise output of 29.7 dB. The Hydro Bearing mechanism utilized in the fan is rated for a 40,000 hour MTBF lifespan.
