The Ubiquiti UniFi UNAS 2 (White) is a network storage unit designed for file sharing and data management in home or small office environments. The compact chassis accommodates two 3.5-inch internal drives. It is powered by a 1.7 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A55 processor and includes 4 GB of memory to handle indexing and file management. The device features a single RJ45 Ethernet port that supports 10, 100, 1000, and 2500 Mbps connection speeds.

Settings and file sharing are managed via a web interface. Data protection features include point-in-time snapshots and automated backups to remote UNAS devices or third-party cloud services. The drive bays are not hot-swappable, so disks must be installed manually. The unit is powered by an external adapter. Measuring 129 mm wide and 223.7 mm high, the device is suitable for desk or shelf placement.
