The Teltonika RUTX09 is an LTE cellular router engineered for industrial and IoT deployment, providing high-speed mobile network access without Wi-Fi capabilities. It utilizes LTE Category 6 technology, delivering potential data transfer rates up to 300 Mbit/s through carrier aggregation. Connectivity redundancy is managed by integrated dual SIM slots, enabling automatic failover between two distinct cellular networks for maximum uptime. The chassis incorporates four Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mbit/s) to ensure high-speed wired connection capacity for local devices or network infrastructure.

This router operates on the OpenWRT-based RutOS, providing a robust platform for advanced networking functions and extensive VPN client support, including IPSec and L2TP. The hardware setup features a 717 MHz processor, complemented by 256 MB of RAM and 256 MB of flash storage. Its robust aluminium construction allows for operation within a broad temperature range, extending from -40 °C to 75 °C. Network security is enforced via an integrated stateful packet inspection (SPI) firewall and comprehensive support for QoS protocols to manage traffic prioritization.
