The CORSAIR HX1000i SHIFT is a fully modular power supply unit designed to deliver 1000W of continuous power. Its main design feature is the side-mounted connector panel, which provides more direct access for cable management in compatible cases. This unit complies with the ATX 3.1 standard and includes a native 12V-2x6 cable to support current-generation graphics cards. The internal architecture is built with 105°C-rated Japanese capacitors to ensure stable voltage regulation and operational reliability under demanding loads.

Cooling is managed by a 140 mm fluid dynamic bearing fan that operates in a Zero RPM mode during low to medium loads, reducing noise levels. This model integrates an iCUE LINK System Hub, allowing for digital control and monitoring of performance metrics and fan speeds. The fully modular design permits the use of only necessary cables, which helps to minimize internal clutter and improve airflow within the chassis. Users can also adjust Over-Current Protection (OCP) settings for individual PCIe and 8-pin CPU connectors through the iCUE software.
