The Philips Avent Essential Audio DECT Baby Monitor SCD503/26 provides private sound monitoring without a camera or display. It maintains a connection with an outdoor range of up to 330 metres and an indoor range of 50 metres. DECT technology prevents interference from other devices, such as mobile phones or other monitors. The parent unit is portable, with a battery life of up to 34 hours. As a standalone system, it does not support smartphone connectivity, which keeps the audio link secure. Both a transmitter and a receiver are included for monitoring across different rooms.
