The Thermal Grizzly Direct Die Frame V2 is a mounting bracket for direct-die cooling of delidded AMD Ryzen 7000 and 7000X3D processors on the AM5 socket. This black anodised aluminium frame replaces the standard socket mechanism, enabling direct thermal contact with the processor chiplets. The 16 g unit measures 70 mm by 53 mm and includes a mounting kit consisting of four 1/4" UNC screws, a hexagon socket wrench, and a Torx T20 angle wrench.
