The Shelly TopAC 11kW portable EV charger connects electric vehicles directly to industrial power sockets. It uses a 5-pin CEE 3-phase plug, allowing for mobile charging without a fixed wallbox. The vehicle side features a standard Type 2 connector. The 5-metre cable provides sufficient reach for most driveways or holiday parking spots. Drawing up to 16 amps, the unit delivers a maximum output of 11 kW. Users can manually adjust the charging limit to match the capacity of the power supply, enabling the use of high-capacity industrial outlets while away from home.

The cable features a TPU outer jacket for durability and flexibility. The control unit has an IP65 rating, protecting it against dust and water jets. An integrated LCD screen shows real-time data, including current, voltage, power output, elapsed time, and energy consumed. Beyond local monitoring, the device connects via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to the Shelly Smart Control ecosystem. Remote connectivity allows users to schedule charging and track energy usage via the mobile app. The device also integrates with platforms such as Home Assistant, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Samsung SmartThings, and Athom Homey, allowing users to coordinate charging with off-peak electricity tariffs or solar generation.
