The Google Nest Cam Outdoor (2nd Gen, wired) is a security camera designed for outdoor monitoring. It records video at a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels at 30 frames per second. Built-in night vision allows the camera to record in low-light conditions. The device connects via Wi-Fi and does not have an Ethernet port. Users can access live and recorded footage remotely using the mobile app.

The camera is rated IP65, meaning it is built to withstand prolonged exposure to the elements. Because the unit is hardwired, there is no need to replace batteries. It attaches to exterior walls using a magnetic mount and base plate.
