The AeroCool Air Frost 2 is a compact single-tower air cooling solution rated for processors with up to 110W Thermal Design Power (TDP). Cooling efficiency relies on two 6 mm copper heat pipes embedded directly into the aluminum block base plate using Heat Core Touch Technology (HCTT). This direct contact mechanism is designed to maximize thermal transfer from the CPU integrated heat spreader (IHS) to the aluminum fin stack. The heatsink assembly maintains a low-profile height of 78 mm, supporting installation within smaller PC chassis where vertical clearance is limited.

Heat is moved through the fins by a single 90 mm hydraulic bearing fan operating at a rotational speed of up to 1800 RPM. At maximum speed, the fan achieves an airflow of 45.6 CFM and generates a static pressure measuring 1.27 mmH₂O. The recorded maximum noise output of the fan is 25.7 dB, connecting via a standard 3-pin header. Included mounting hardware ensures compatibility across a wide range of current and legacy Intel (LGA 115X, 20XX) and AMD (AM4, AM3+) platforms.
