This air cooling unit is engineered to manage CPUs with a Thermal Design Power (TDP) up to 125 W. Heat dissipation is achieved through an aluminum heatsink block integrated with four 6 mm copper heat pipes. The cooler employs a direct contact technology approach to maximize thermal transfer away from the processor surface. The overall structure is compact, featuring dimensions of 78 mm in height, making it suitable for smaller PC enclosures or systems where component clearance is limited. The heatsink and fins are constructed entirely from aluminum material.

Cooling airflow is generated by a single 90 mm fan that utilizes a Hydraulic bearing for operational stability. The fan operates at a maximum rotational speed of 1800 RPM, delivering an airflow rate up to 45.6 cubic feet per minute (CFM) and a static pressure of 1.27 mmH2O. At peak performance, the fan maintains a measured noise level of 25.7 dB. Connection utilizes a standard 3-Pin header, confirming operation without Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) support. Mounting hardware is included to support a wide range of current and legacy Intel LGA and AMD AM processor sockets.
