Sharkoon A40, 120 mm CPU Cooler, Black

The Sharkoon A40 is a single-tower CPU air cooler engineered for effective thermal management, supporting processors with a Thermal Design Power (TDP) up to 230 W. Heat is transferred from the CPU base through four 6 mm heat pipes directly into the aluminum fin array. This configuration is designed to maximize the surface area for efficient heat dissipation, ensuring stable operation even under continuous high processor load. The unit measures 120 mm wide, 72 mm deep, and 153 mm high, a standard profile for broad compatibility with various PC chassis.

Cooling capacity is provided by a 120 mm fan utilizing a Fluid Dynamic Bearing, contributing to operational stability and reduced wear. The fan is Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) compatible, allowing the rotational speed to dynamically adjust between 500 RPM and 1800 RPM based on system thermal demands. At peak operational speed, the fan delivers an airflow of 121.55 m³/h, generating a measured noise level of 30 dB. Mounting hardware and thermal grease are included to support a wide array of current and legacy sockets, including Intel LGA 1851 and AMD AM5.
