The Elgato Prompter XL mounts directly to your camera setup to display scripts. This allows you to read your notes while maintaining eye contact with the lens. The integrated 15.6-inch screen provides a clear view for long scripts or live sessions. Its aluminium housing is built to withstand frequent handling, and the studio-grade beamsplitter glass reflects text without distorting the recorded image.
The unit is designed for various recording workflows and accommodates DSLRs, webcams, and smartphones. It requires no complex tools for assembly, making it easy to transition between studio and mobile setups. The prompter is compatible with Windows and macOS and integrates with standard broadcasting and communication software, including OBS, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. This makes it a reliable tool for reducing mistakes while recording.
