The ASUS ROG Strix Helios II Hatsune Miku Edition is a mid-tower chassis constructed with an aluminum frame and two 4mm tempered glass side panels. The case is finished in a blue-green and pink color scheme specific to the Hatsune Miku theme. It is designed to accommodate large-format components, making it suitable for high-performance systems and showcase builds. The front panel integrates a diamond-grille design to facilitate air intake.

Cooling is addressed by four pre-installed 140 mm PWM fans, with three at the front for intake and one at the rear for exhaust. The chassis supports liquid cooling radiators up to 420 mm in the front, 360 mm at the top, and 140 mm at the rear. Component compatibility extends to EATX motherboards, CPU coolers up to 190 mm in height, and power supplies up to 220 mm in length.

The interior layout is optimized for a clean build process, featuring integrated cable management solutions and removable dust filters. Storage options include support for two 3.5-inch drives and four 2.5-inch drives. The case provides eight standard horizontal expansion slots and two vertical slots for alternative graphics card mounting. Onboard ARGB illumination is controlled via a front panel button and is compatible with the Aura Sync ecosystem for system-wide lighting coordination.
