The DEEPCOOL CH160 PLUS is a compact chassis designed for Small Form Factor (SFF) builds, accommodating both Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards. Its construction combines steel, ABS plastic, and a tempered glass side panel, offering a view of the internal components. The case is engineered to balance a minimal footprint with the functional requirements of a modern PC build, including considerations for thermal performance and component compatibility.

Thermal management is supported by multiple fan and radiator mounts, including space for a 240mm radiator at the top or front. A 120mm fan is pre-installed at the rear for exhaust. The interior provides 164mm of clearance for CPU air coolers and accepts ATX, SFX, or SFX-L power supplies up to 140mm in length. For connectivity, the front I/O includes two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Type-C port, and a combo audio jack.
