The DeepCool FL12 SE is a 120 mm case fan designed to provide system airflow and customizable lighting. It connects via a standard 4-pin PWM header, enabling a variable speed range from 400 to 1900 RPM for balancing cooling performance with acoustic output. At its maximum speed, the fan generates an airflow of 50.74 CFM and a static pressure of 2.04 mmH2O. This performance profile makes it suitable for use as either a case intake or exhaust fan in typical desktop systems.

The fan's construction features a composite PBT frame and polycarbonate blades for structural durability. To reduce operational noise, it incorporates anti-vibration rubber pads at the mounting points, which isolate the fan from the computer chassis. Its lighting system consists of 20 individually addressable RGB LEDs, which connect to a motherboard or controller using a standard 3-pin 5V ARGB header. The internal hydro bearing is utilized to provide consistent rotation over its operational lifespan.
