The DELTACO SFP-G-1G-Bidi is a Small Form-factor Pluggable (SFP) transceiver module designed for deployment within compliant network infrastructure such as switches and routers. This hot-swappable unit facilitates Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, supporting a data transfer rate of 1.25 Gbit/s, adhering primarily to the 1000BASE-BX-U standard. The module is engineered for long-distance communication over single-mode fiber, providing reliable, high-speed data links essential for campus networks or metropolitan area connections. This transceiver incorporates Bidirectional (BiDi) technology, optimizing infrastructure by enabling simultaneous data transmission and reception across only one strand of glass fiber.
